Shipping Policy
At Tail & Maison, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States of America. All orders are fulfilled through trusted US-based warehouse and supplier partners — meaning your order ships domestically, with no international customs delays or fees.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note these are estimated delivery windows provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, extreme weather, or other circumstances outside our control are rare but possible. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@tailmaison.com.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel will be sent by email once your order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows no update for more than 5 business days, or if your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at hello@tailmaison.com straight away. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Where appropriate, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
